Pinning Fault Mode Modeling for DWM Shifting

نویسندگان

چکیده

Extreme scaling for purposes of achieving higher density and lower energy continues to increase the probability memory faults. For domain wall (DW) memories, misalignment faults arise when aligning domains with access points. A previously understudied type shifting fault, a pinning fault may occur due non-uniform potential distribution caused by notches fabrication imperfections. This non-uniformity can pin during current-induced DW motion. paper provides model geometric variations varying width, depth, curvature notch, their impacts on critical shift current, study resulting impact rates systems. An in effective current 5% variation predicts rate order $10^{-8}$ per shift, which results mean-time-to-failure circa 2s system.

Sensor Fault Detection for a class of Uncertain Nonlinear Systems Using ‎Sliding Mode Observers

This paper deals with the issues of sensor fault detection for a class of Lipschitz uncertain nonlinear system. By definition coordinate transformation matrix for system states and output system, at first the original system divided into two subsystems. the first subsystem includes uncertainties but without any sensor faults and the second subsystem has sensor faults but is free of uncertaintie...

A Fault Diagnosis Method for Automaton based on Morphological Component Analysis and Ensemble Empirical Mode Decomposition

In the fault diagnosis of automaton, the vibration signal presents non-stationary and non-periodic, which make it difficult to extract the fault features. To solve this problem, an automaton fault diagnosis method based on morphological component analysis (MCA) and ensemble empirical mode decomposition (EEMD) was proposed. Based on the advantages of the morphological component analysis method i...

On Fault Modeling for Dynamic

Static nMOS and static CMOS circuits -show SOme serious problems for fBult modeling and testing. In this paper we point out, that most of these problems are avoided by using dynamic nHOS Qr dynamic CMOS ci rcuits. Stuck-open faults in this ca8e do not result in sequential behaviour. A iogical fault model i8 presented, wh e r e a fault of a l ogic gate will cause either a faulty co.binational fu...
